We are strange, I knowToday is the last day of 2006, last Sunday School 'lesson' by Hannah Wong.
I am going to miss her lessons.
At least, still get to see her teach during cell!
This year has really been on fun-packed and exciting year.
I do not really want it to end.
Even with all the ups and downs, God blessed me this whole year,
with new friends, stronger friendships, hardship, happy times.
It was really great.
Throughout the year there was all these events that really impacted me. Better or worse.
In January, I started the year in a class which I barely knew anyone.
I dreaded the year, it was so scary.
Still in the end I made this whole bunch of wonderful friends who have been so supportive throughout the year with the lame, retarded, lesbian -ness.
I believe God put me in that class for a reason.
I had a great 15th birthday too :D
Febuary came and I struggled with upper secondary life, but it was a lesson well learnt.
Along with the whole planning of March Camp, the fights, scandals and etc.
March Camp was an experience, yes it was.
Everyone getting on everybody's nerves.
Yet I think we all learnt alot about ourselves.
It was ultimately a fun camp.
I think we all grew from this.
April's fools, Faith got me.
She was oh so proud of herself.
It was seriously NOT FUNNY.
I was so very freaked out. If you really were I would send your for serious conselling.
There was also the debate finals which was really fun.
May, I dont really remember anything.
Other than having to help out at some ACS(Pri) christian camp.
It was a living nightmare. Ohmytian.
The evil scary kids, that were very very scary.
With the exception of a few.
June was fun. I got to go to Japan and eat great food.
Also had camp with the sec4s, which was such a slack camp, but it was really fun.
It was right after prefects' camp which was __________
Had lots of things to do for SMP, which drived me insane.
July came, it was when all the random chill out sessions at my place started.
Accompanied with much camera whoring.
Seoul Garden also was HILARIOUS.
I think at that time I became insanely emo.
Maybe because things were going downhill?
August, Started panicking about exams.
I do not know why.
There was UltraViolet, do not think I forgot about the lard crayons.
I remember them well.
Very well infact.
I also got my braces on. Hahaha
September, all the birthdays combined in one party.
It was insane.
Had our Youth Science Convention.
Got appreciated for all our WONDERFUL effort out into SMP.
Yes, it felt great.
All glory to God for that
October. Two words: EXAMS, CONCERT
Which sort of means LOTS&LOTS of stress.
November, UK SABBATICALS!
Truckloads of fun.
More holidays and just playing non-stop.
December, Camp. Which was so indescribable.
MIssions again to ChiangMai, which was so amazing.
Because I got to see Thunder that cute little bundle of cutestuff.
He is athletic, musically inclined(he sings well) and ADORABLE.
Anyway, christmas came and went.
Now the year is over.
Somehow it seems like I had alot of fun this year.
Still, I learnt that God always has the upper hand in things.
Its kind of cool how he has everything under control, no matter how bad things might be.
Looking back on the year, everything has turned out okay even though at that time things seem so screwed up and shitty.
I really pray and hope that God will lead me through next year,
with the BigO looming not so far away, I need all the faith possible.
He also put so many people in my life that I am so grateful for.
However, I am lazy to do shoutouts for all of them.
So yes Goodbye 2006.
Hello 2007.
Ohno.
